The Reclamation, a new medium-RP/leveling/raiding (once people reach 85) guild on Cenarion Circle, is now actively recruiting people of all levels, races and classes.

In-character, our story represents a group of like-minded heroes who desire to help Azeroth rebuild in the wake of Deathwing's destructive rampage after erupting from the Maelstrom. We have individual goals, but when the Reclamation pulls together, we get things done! If you're a thief or a murderer in-character, that's fine, as long as you're a thief or murderer who'd stop to pull a piece of rubble off someone as you're passing by. ;)

Our guild chat is OOC, in order to keep things comfortable for our members who don't want to, or aren't comfortable with, role play. We maintain a separate channel for our role playing; message me in game to learn what it is if you'd like to join us. It's currently very, very quiet in there. ;)

Our guild is *very* small right now, and we're looking to grow, not only to give people folks to talk with and run content with, but to take advantage of the spiffy new guild perks system once Cataclysm launches.

Obviously, the story end of things for us can't quite start yet, as Deathwing's still rumbling around down there instead of being a pyro all over Azeroth. More general RP is always welcomed, however!

We have a three-tab bank, tabard, 15-man Ventrilo (we can extend it to more if the need arises), and a website in the works.

Hey, just popped by...but I have to ask: you guys don't happen to be one in the same of the folks that ran a guild by the same name some years ago back on Blackwater Raiders now, would you? Just a bit of curiosity on my part since you got my hopes up and all with the name.

Here's a bump, as we're still recruiting. Slowly growing, a couple of 80s in now, and some pretty neat lower-level people. Lots of opportunity to form bonds as Cataclysm approaches, so join up!

I think this sounds like something I would be interested in, as I will be rolling an alliance toon come cataclysm.
While I love pvp and don't mind pve, I do really want to get into some rp, or at least have the option within a guild. I'll try and catch you on a temporary toon for a chat sometime before Cataclysm as I have a few questions before I sign up.

I'm possibly interested in coming over, since I moved to Argent Dawn to follow RL friends, and the guild has since fallen apart. Being on West Coast time and trying to raid on an East Coast server has shown to be all but impossible. Your guild sounds like it might be fun.

I have an army of alts, and up until Cata, this hunter was my main. I'm trying to make an Enhancement Shaman my main for Cata, with this hunter and a prot warrior as my two main alts.

I am concerned about the population, though. How is the AH economy with a less that full population? Is it hard to find in-realm dungeon groups? Do you guys do guild dungeons and RP events? What is your raid schedule? Have you started raiding yet? Do you still have need of DPS / Tanks? Have you gotten much bigger at all?

Sorry for the delay in response. Things have been a bit quiet on the Reclamation front these days, but I'm hoping to change that. I took a couple of months off from the game, and now really want to be involved again. :)

The population of Cenarion Circle is actually quite large, as we're one of the charter realms that launched when WoW went live for the first time. We're one of the game's first RP realms as well.

The unfortunate side effect of this is our auction house economy is pretty bloated. Stuff is spendy. There's lots of "old money" on the realm, and when money isn't an issue, prices inevitably rise. There are lots of people out there who want Vials of the Sands. ;)

I honestly don't know how hard or easy it is on Cenarion Circle to find in-realm dungeon groups, mostly 'cause I've not tried in awhile now. Most people I'm aware of just use the Dungeon Finder Tool and take the good with the bad (with varying levels of frustration, I'm sure).

It's our intent to do guild dungeons and RP events (for those who want to RP). Responsibility for this falls squarely on my shoulders as the guildmaster. We're in a bit of rebuilding the guild right now, having lost some folks to inactivity, real life friends on other realms, or just dissatisfaction with what our guild offers.

We aren't currently raiding. I anticipate we probably won't be raiding until after the current tier is nerfed with the upcoming 4.2 patch, which is fine for me. I don't raid competitively, I raid to see content and have fun. The hardcore types are usually directed elsewhere, as I can tell them up front that our very-casual approach isn't likely to match well with their goals.

Right now we're building to put together Heroics runs, both the first glut of Heroics and the new troll Heroics. People of all roles are welcome. I'm tanking for us, but more tanks are welcome, as I also have a DPS spec I very much love. I'm about equally geared for both roles, but I have more experience being DPS, as it's what I did exclusively all throughout Wrath of the Lich King (and prior to that as well on other characters).

Come meet with one of us. Do a /who reclamation on an alt to talk with one of us if you aren't yet sure about transferring. We'd love to talk with you. Look for me, or one of my officers: Mandarin, Bromoberin or Pryalis.
