To RP as the official Judge of Stormwind?

Roleplaying as the judge of Stormwind, yes.
Roleplaying as a judge of Stormwind, no.

There is no issue with roleplaying a character who offers judge services to Stormwind City, but being the top judge of Stormwind or assuming that everyone must follow your 'judgments', would indeed be god-modding/power-gaming.

Purty much.

Being one of something is much more accepted than the leader of something, unless it's something you've created yourself, like a guild or organization that's a part of a storyline.

You could, of course, have your character to claim to be the official Judge regardless, and simply tell people that he believes he is the official, but in reality, he's not. Some interesting RP can come with this sort of flavor lore.

Nah.

If you want to be the highest judge in the land, go for it. Just don't try to force it onto people who don't want anything to do with you.

I agree with this. Also if you think about it, I would say the King Of STormwind is probably the highest judging/authority figure in the city as he could probably overrule any judgement set out by any judge. You might be a judge that was appointed by the king maybe, if you want to be someone of importance I mean without going over the top.

Or I guess you could set it up like the real supreme court where there are all Justices but there is only one Chief Justice even though he only has one vote like all the rest of the judges. The King of Stormwind could still overrule you too in this scenario though.

I dunno just my thoughts, hope it helps.

I did a little searching and came up with something on the CC forums. I remembered the guild there that was and still is the acting police force. This is just food for thought.
