The offer: I will pay 5,000 gold coins each to eight people (for a total of 40,000 gold) in exchange for a successful slaughter of Garrosh Hellscream on normal mode. Payment due over the bloodied corpse.
Myself, an iLevel 574 Death Knight tank, along with my colleague, an iLevel 559 Monk tank, have been fighting Garrosh for months now. We have no difficulties with our gear or our skill. We could probably tank that fight in our sleep. However, we have been most unsuccessful. I like to think the pair of us are bad luck charms because no matter what we do, whether it's with our steady crew or with Other Raids or what have you, we have never been able to bring Hellscream down.
And it makes sense, really. There is a *lot* that can go wrong on that fight which lay outside the ability of the tanks to control. Mind Controls might not be dealt with fast enough. Desecrated Weapons could fall in a bad spot. A DPS or healer could miss getting an orb during intermission and then get hit with an errant cone attack. Empowered minions might not be properly separated by DPS and killed independently. A *lot* could go wrong ... and has. Every single time.
Luckily, that which cannot be obtained through luck may be obtained through wealth. Hence the offer of a reward. If someone out there knows of a solid team of DPS and Healers, folks who can and have brought Garrosh down (perhaps with ease!), then this may be for you. Cut your way up to Garrosh, and then save the lockout. Ask your tanks to bow out for just a moment (offer to give them a cut of the profit!) and then invite us in. We'll do our thing, you will flawlessly do your thing, and once Garrosh lies at our feet, each of you will line up over his body and, one by one, will receive your reward.
