(OOC) Ember is an Alliance guild on US-Cenarion Circle. Prior to our move from our previous server, we were working through Heroic in Highmaul. We are in the process of putting together the foundation of our raiding team and are looking to Reddit, the WoW forums, and wherever we can as we expand.
Our leadership comes from a variety of different WoW backgrounds. Some of us hit content on the cutting edge, and some of us took a more casual approach to the game. What we've decided to do here is apply a casual schedule with a semi-hardcore frame of mind.
What does that mean, exactly? We're talking about 3 nights of raiding a week. 3 hours a night. That's it, just nine hours of your time a week. All we ask when you show up is that you're ready to focus, play your best, and work with us to conquer content. We won't have a stringent attendance schedule, but advanced notice of absence is always appreciated.
Nights: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Hours: 8pm EST to 11pm EST.
What are our expectations of you as a player? We're not asking for people who are 690ilvl and ignoring an important part of the World of Warcraft playerbase. What we're asking for is competent, cool people who are capable of working and learning along with us on content. Having a high ilvl is great and we certainly wouldn't turn away a good player with a high ilvl, but we're interested in building a community.
Loot will be decided by council and will be focused on what suits the needs of the guild the best for moving forward.
Here's what we need:
DPS - Ranged and Melee
Healers - We will consider anything and everything.
Our ultimate criteria is that you are chill and looking to enjoy this expansion. If you're undergeared but you have a positive attitude and are willing to put the time into us, we'll invest our time into you.
