Looking for a new place to call home!

Hi everyone!

I know this topic is probably brought up alot, but nevertheless, I am going to ask.
What is Cenarion Circle like for RP?
I know I could also take the time to level a newbie to 'test the waters' but I would like to ask anyway. I play both Horde and Alliance, and I would like to know what the RP community is like on both sides.

I currently RP on both Moon Guard (which I am rapidly losing interest in as the community is declining in quality by the day) and Wyrmrest Accord (where I have had trouble finding myself comfortable), and I am just trying to find a place where I might find semi-decent to exceptional RPers, and minimal trolls.
Though my online hours are a hindrance, I run on oceanic times so nearly everyone is asleep while I am looking for contact, how is the late night/early morning population?

Any feedback is appreciated!

CC by and large is a lot closer knit then those two, and for the most part you will find a lot of the same folks A sid and H side with storylines and RP frequently going across the line. We're also rather odd...some might say insane but in a good way. Only real way to explain it is to say come meet us for yourself :) As to the hours it's not really such a huge deal as long as you don't mind little walkup, we seem to have a healthy late night group.

Not very helpful I know but still lacking coffee >>

Welcome!

CC/SoE is a bit different than the two big RP servers MG and WrA. For starters we are heavily event based with weekly and special events being common. Thus there is not nearly as much walk-up/random RP and, due to our small size, you won't find many people on outside of peak hours. Now CC/SoE is on Pacific Time and there are enough events that run late so it should be workable with your schedule.

What guild you belong to is also less important here. As Kord pointed out we are close knit with many RP personalities being prominent in both factions. Thus it is extremely common for events to be attended by a multitude of different guilds and pretty rare for a guild to hold a big event that only their own members can attend. Also while the Alliance RP community is larger the Horde RP community is plenty active.

We have dedicated OOC channels for both factions (HordeOOC and AllianceOOC) and I recommend you check both of them out during our evening hours. Hope this helps!

WE'RE NOT CRAZY
DON'T LISTEN TO THEM
WE'RE NORMAL
COME ON IN, THE FINE IS WATER

...shhh, don't tell anyone i told you this, but, CC has rp happening at all levels, from here on the forums, to the IC and OOC channels, to the streets in the cities, to occaisionaly random fun just "out there", to the eeeeeeeveerywheres.
Just..jus'...don' trust any of the goblins.
They're eeeEEeevil.
And they smell like rancid gear grease.
I mean, that's actually a pretty "exciting" smell, ifyouknowwhatImean, but, it belongs on a gnome, NOT a goblin.
They're misusing their powers.
Little green freaks.

I thiNk I hAd too much firewEed tea.
Do I look weird to you?

YES, CC IS A WONDERFUL PLACE.
WE PROMISE NOT TO SHOVE MAGGOTS IN YOUR HOLES.

I roleplay in the OOC channel. I don't care who I irritate with it either. I've been slipping lately into OOC ....but I plan to rectify that directly because PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKING ME SERIOUSLY. You know who you are. *glare*

We are crazy. Don't listen to the Archturkey - he is probably crazier than most of us.

I was told to tell you: We have punch and pie.

That is all.

We're horrible, terrible people.

Don't come here. You may be murdered.

Do you really want to be murdered? It's less good than being alive. Though, possibly better than being alive-and-in-the-process-of-being-murdered.

Nah seriously though, CC / SOE is an outstanding community, I have traveled much and been across many servers in my quest for infinite alts and I have never found anyplace that has felt so much like a home.

I have seen what Crows do to Cats.
I think...I think putting Broodin in a room full of corvidae might be really really funny.
Let's do it.
