The time is finally upon us! As many of you know, the Stormwind Union Charity Auction was a massive success. We raised over 130,000 from donations and auction pieces. As you know, the entire OOC purpose of this was to raise gold to fund a community giveback event, and this is it!

There will be drinks, food, drinks, doughnuts, more drinks, and entertainment. However the main event will be a huge Battle Pet Tournament where there will be over 55K gold in prizes to give away.

1st Place Pet Battle Champion will take home 25K gold!
2nd place will take 15K.
3rd place will take 10K.
4th place will take 5K.

Pet Battle Rules:

1v1, single round elimination.

Battles must take place when called upon by a judge.

If you leave a battle early, you forfeit.

Limit 1 character per account.

Anyone who uses Whiskers the Rat, Mr. Wiggles, or Speedy at least once on their team will be awarded 250g automatically!

No more entries will be taken after 64 entries are confirmed.

There will also be an outfit contest. Contestants will line-up all at once and our judge will pick the top three outfits.

1st place is 15K gold.
2nd place is 10K gold.
3rd place is 5K gold.

The theme for the fashion contest is: Representing the Alliance! Wear clothes that best represent your favorite Alliance Faction - the more original the better!

This event will be a blast! There will be random prizes for those who do not wish to dress-up or pet battle, so there is a chance for everyone to win something.

I'll be judging, but more than one judge couldn't hurt! You've already proved your merit at being completely objective in your assessments (and really fun to watch).

Thanks, everyone who came to the event! I think it was a big success! Thanks to all who helped bring it together, and thanks to everyone who participated in the contests! I had a blast judging the fashion contest.

I thoroughly enjoyed this past event. Looking forward to future ones. I will be planning my costumes with extreme detail next time.
