Last night my friend Brakk died. He had been in the hospital for a awhile, and the last that I had heard was that he was doing well and going to get out soon. It was a shock to me and it took my mind back here, where I had met him. When I played wow it was one of the very few times in my life that I felt accepted and loved for who I was and not in spite of. It was one of the few times I felt like I had people in my life excited to see me and Brakk played a huge part in that. He was always friendly, always helpful, and always hilarious. He had an easy way about him that made it hard to dislike him. When the guild that we shared broke up stupidly, I chose the opposite faction. He never once made me feel badly and he never changed the way he treated me. I've precious few people in my life that I call friend. He will be sorely missed.

I did not know him or you, but your post touched my heart and I can understand everything you've said. It's amazing how much love, kindness, and friendship we find in this game. I've made good friends for life that I met through this game, then met them in real life.
