IN addition, I can say that everything in this thread is mostly true, for a given value of true. One of me would be applying if I still had the time to raid on their schedule.

We are primarily looking for:
- a dps DeathKnight (so rare now)
- a Shadowpriest (lack gear? Guaranteed full epic [spirit] set by the end of the night!)
We focus on 25 man progression and currently working our way through heroic modes. Our raid nights are Monday-Thursday 7-10 pm. We're also in the process of forming an alt 10 man group on off-nights.
Progression motivated, friendly surroundings, family friendly (as long as they're not on vent).

If you're a skilled player, want to be in an active guild with a long history, want to have a secured raiding spot, and want to have fun in a fun loving group of people, you're what we want! Apparently, run-on sentences and grammar are not that important.

Note that skill != gear. We know not everyone has a good raid guild, but if you're a skilled, dedicated player, you'll be worth throwing epics at for a few runs. Most of our drops get sharded, come soak loot!

I find it downright mind-boggling that ES is still needing reliable folks.

Death gripping the boss is so last expansion, killing yourself with unholy frenzy on Chimaeron is all the rage these days.

Quite funny you mentioned that. Words of advice, don't try it either when DPS tanking it. It doesn't work.

Since this is 6 days old Is ES still looking for a Boomkin (MS)/ Tree druid(os) (friend) and Fury/Arms (MS) / Prot (OS) warrior?
My Current guild just died at 5/13 heroic 25 man so we are looking around. Have some friends on this server tho they are Allys not horde. :(
