WANTED: Tanks / Healers / DPS (Preference given to versatile dual spec applicants)
SPECIAL ATTENTION TO: Death Knight and Druid Tanks, and Priest/Shammy/Druid healing roles!
REALM: Cenarion Circle
RAID TIMES: Thursdays and Fridays, 5:30 - 8:00 server, PST.
PROGRESS: 2.75 / 4 : Ascendant Council encounter at 1.63%.
DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
- You like to think you're pretty good at what you do.
- Approx 20+ years of age (See next point)
- Out of school, primarily to avoid the proxy-karma due to missed homework...
- You enjoy a fun, friendly, respectful atmosphere
- You like and/or empathize with the concept of "casual raiding"; you make an effort to familiarize yourself with an encounter before the raid, but you don't try to become an encyclopedia. The point is to have fun, learn, and enjoy the game!
- Have, or are close to finishing, decently equipped dual specs. (healer/tank combos a +++)
- Have a current wow-heroes gear score of approx 4200. (both specs another +++)
- You have most of your profession(s), reps and correlating faction epics/enchants acquired
- Prior WoW raiding experience always considered an asset
From the Ashes is a relatively close-knit guild of friendly people. We like to have fun, whether that be having a few drinks during a for-fun raid, setting up guild events to earn guild achievements, etc. .
We're seeking to fill out our Bastion of Twilight 10-man raid group! Ideally, we're looking for like-minded individuals who enjoy a relaxed guild environment and a somewhat casual approach to progression raiding. Not to be confused with /facepalm raiding, mind you. :) Common sense, attention during encounters, and the drive to make significant progress each week is the name of our game.
We are specifically seeking main tank and healer applications, but we won't look a gift DPS in the mouth! Life happens and sometimes we can't make our commitments, so we are specifically inclined to usher versatile dual-specs with rounded out gear to the front of the line.
Our raid group is composed of capable players - the only thing hindering our progression is our lack of a consistent tank and healer!
