((If this works out, it will be a guide to current and past roleplayers of CC. Roleplayers who are no longer active will be specially noted, but active players will have information about themselves and preferred rp, etc if you wish. The Dossier is the best place to put a detailed bio of your character.))

Here are some suggestions for ways to use these lists. Please feel free to add more.
1) Find a long lost relative - scan through the descriptions until you find a couple of people that might be a cousin or even closer - add them to your friends list, then whisper them in game ((OOC)) and see if they are looking for a relative. This may take some time - not everyone will be open to this - but when you find people that agree it can add new depth to your character.
2) Rivalries and Hunteds: Scan through the list and find people with similar dispositions, classes and levels, approach them OOC and see if they want to have a rivalry or other confrontational relationship. Why are there not more "best mages" of Azeroth competitions?
3) Lost and found: Pick a name of someone whose writing you like and send them an OOC mail that says you lost item X and they found it. Suggest that there may be a reward if they return it to you. This can be as mysterious and complicated or as plain and simple as you like (suggestion, keep it simple).
4) Recruitment: Looking to recruit quality RPers to your guild? Here is a list pre-made - lots of folks are already attached, but that doesn't mean there aren't some in there looking.
5) Apprentices and Journeymen: Perhaps you've reached 60 (85) and there's little left to learn other than what rain feels like on your skin - why not take on an apprentice? Scan the list for low seasoned characters in your class and approach them with the opportunity to learn your collected wisdom - this can be win/win (*guilty smirk* I get all of my fish scales and fish oil from students in Da Doctas).
6) (From Seodlotu) Start a cause or movement. Not a guild per say, but a group of people with similiar idealogies. (i.e. Light Fundamentalists, 100% water shamans, Scarlet Crusade sympathizers, etc etc.). Sometimes one guild cant encompass one character's entire idealogy. So perhaps similiar minds can be sought out a channel dedicated to this communication and perhaps spawn some community RP as this idea/movement takes hold.
7) Look for patterns: Many characters on the RPers lists have similar backgrounds, either intentionally or unintentionally. You could start a very simple plotline across guilds with a possibly wide audience by appealing to "Any Forsaken raised a year ago", "All those that are exalted with the Argent Dawn" or "Anyone that lost a parent to the Scourge". Who knows how many bites such a hook would get.
I am sure there are lots more ideas, so I will stop there and open the floor.

Post a description of your character and pertinent information. Also, post what kind of role play you are looking for. The archived descriptions tended to be fairly short because of room constraints, but I think we have reserved plenty of room this time to add what you wish.
