Somebody, here, like to learn for itself and like to learn doing things?

I really dont like watch movies (videos) about how to kill an idiot boss / mob to learn how to kill an idiot boss / mob...

Is there somebody like me? Somebody like me that want to make a Raid group?

I dont want to be hardcore, i only want to go, try to kill (kill or not :P) and have fun :)

Obs.: I have my guild - friends.
