What is this?

One week of RP events, showcasing our guilds, our community, and our most creative minds! Got an event to run? A storyline you want to open to the public? Or just want to meet new RPers? This is your chance!

When is this?

The Fall Festival is scheduled for some time in September and October. Exact dates have yet to be decided on--keep checking back!

Why is this?

Why not?

The Fall Festival is put together with the intent of encouraging more public RP, as well strengthening the ties of the community. And besides that, it's just plain fun!

Wish to contribute to the planning process? Please contact Dustwing (Alliance), Yotingo (Horde) or an AAMS official on either side of the line to learn how you can help!

Also, if you are the owner of an existing public event, please get in contact with me. While you do not have to include your event as part of the Fall Festival, we make an effort to keep from scheduling over any pre-existing events, and so need to know the times such events are taking place.

Preferably not during the Blizzcon week in October (Oct. 17-24th).

AAMS has the weekly Caer Darrow Renewal Project, as you well know, but we're more than happy to defer to another event if your whole week fills up.

The Armistice Day Ball is also a traditional fall event (when in fall has been something of a movable feast), and the AAMS could certainly work that into this. Keep us posted!

Yes, the specific dates are 21-22, though some people come earlier. I know there are quite a few hordies going, though not sure on Ally numbers.
