Hey Ezmi,

I was looking through the files on the new recruits to the alliance AAMS (sometimes we get a cute guy) and I saw you! It has to be you right? I am so excited that you're alive! You were in Gilneas when the wall closed right? Does that mean you're a wolf? Do you like it? I like being dead ok. It means I can change my eye color to match my dress by borrowing eyes from the recently dead also it I stay really thin. It's kind of lame to be stuck with the horde, you should see how horrible the shopping in Orgrimmar is, but on the whole it's so totally better than being actually dead so I think it's ok.

How are you? I want to hear all about what you've been doing! Did you marry Trevor? Have you been racing horses?

I'm going by Ahnni Barov these days because well there aren't any not-dead-anymore Barov's except for my Uncle Alexi. So he's made me heir to like everything so I took the name. The AAMS is doing a really nice job fixing the town of Caer Darrow up for me and Uncle Alexi and I have been trying to make Scholomance a livable working castle again, but no such luck so far. So for now we're living in Silvermoon which has pretty good shopping and really nice buildings. You should totally come visit sometime!

I haven't met any boys, because have you seen horde boys?! But last night I translated for some totally dreamy paladins from Pia Presidium. You should look them up. They were sooo hot!

I'm so glad you're not dead too! I mean I guess you are dead, but like not really dead. I'm so glad you wrote! Praise Elune! I just got the whole not being a crazy wolf all the time thing worked out. The druids from Darnassus helped us. They are so totally cool and now they're teaching me how to turn into all sorts of other things. I make a pretty awesome cheetah if I do say so myself.

I'm living in Darnassus with Dad. Elf houses are weird, but kinda cool. Really airy. Nobody could find Toby or Mum but then again nobody can find lots of people. So I guess I'm just thinking it's lucky I found Dad. Irmegard is staying with us too, remember Irmi she was at Stormwind Prep on scholarship and worked in the stables? She doesn't seem to be able to find much of anyone either. Although to hear her tell it no one has ever been nice to her in her whole entire life and she's had to work for everything and this isn't really any different. She can be kind of a snooze! But we've been killing things together and she likes to talk about horses so I'm glad I found her. Elune Provides.

I did not marry Trev. The best thing about the world pretty much ending is I did not get stuck marrying Trev. He was nice and cute and stuff but really? seriously? no thank you!

I don't think I can come to Silvermoon but maybe we can meet up at Caer Darrow. I'd love to see what the AAMS is doing with the place. I remember when we went there with your family on holiday. The swimming was excellent!

I will look for the Pia Presidium Paladins. But I think you're selling horde boys short. I think Tauren are kinda cute...

Anyway I should get back to work Boss Lady wants us to deliver something.

Dearest Father,

I know you cannot understand these words, but I have asked Marianne to read them to you anyway. She says she visits the enclosures (how hard it is to even bring myself to write the hated word -- cages! -- but there, I have done it) and watches over you every day.

I am well. At last, I am well. Some day, too, you will be. You must trust in the procedures of the apothecaries and the skills of the kal'dorei druids as we have.

Fate is strange some time. Almost all that we knew are gone, yet Ezmerelda has survived, and I have found her. Do you remember Ezmerelda Hewell? She was at the Stormwind Preparatory Academy when I was there on scholarship. An aristocrat, foolish and vain but through no fault of her own, and she was kinder to me than many of the girls there.

We now serve a body called the "Anytime & Anywhere Messaging Service." They are good and honest laborers, though the officers smell to me of politics. Still, our leader is an avowed secularist and a self-made woman. I can respect her as much as I respect anyone of the owner class!

Ezmi is sometimes confused by working life, but I have taken her under my wing. Another of her school friends works for the Horde Branch (yes, the AAMS serves both sides -- it's rather complicated to explain, so I will wait for a later letter to go into detail!). They plan to meet at Caer Darrow, which has apparently fallen on even harder times than we knew.

Be strong, father! Your daughters are alive and well. I earn good money with the AAMS, and can see to Marianne's upkeep until you are with us again in mind as well as body. Ezmi and I will look to each other and to our new colleagues. Trust the apothecaries of Gilneas -- good, hard-working men, skilled in their trade and loyal to their class! -- and be well soon.
