Our guild is looking to increase our ranks. Most of the members in our guild have been together since vanilla. We're all good friends and have a great time in game. Lately, RL has taken its toll on raid attendance so the only way we can continue w/o pugging is to recruit.
About Us
Our guild has been around since release. We started on Shattered Hand, and then moved to Bloodscalp. On Bloodscalp we had quite a large guild and were one of the more successful guilds, progression wise, despite our casual style. After BC, our core guildies stayed together and we focused more on 10M content. When WotLK came out, we all fled and settled down on Cenarion Circle and have been steady since.
Despite having a casual attitude, our raiders still possess a high quality skill level. Because of raid attendance and only raiding a few nights a week, we don't progress that quickly, but we definitely know that can change.
Our raids are based on enjoying the raid first, then everything second. We'll crack jokes if a bad pull is made, pick on each other, and generally, as long as people aren't doing utterly stupid stuff, things are always light hearted. Vent isn't required, but we appreciate everyone participating. Loot is issued by, roll need if you need basis. No DKP or Loot council BS.
We are a level 25 guild, course who isn't these days? People are generally on every night doing something, even old content for achievement points or PvP. Most of our players are in the eastern/central time zones.
What are we looking for?
Because we've lost some core raiders, we've had to make do with what we've got and pug quite a bit. We need some more consistent raiders and core members. We're more interested in your attitude and skill than your gear score. You've got to be able to come in, do well, not stand in fire, and have a good time with everyone. If you're a hardcore, elitist raider, then you're probably not for us. If you're a very skilled raider, who has a life and wants to enjoy the game instead of live for it, then we're interested.
We need one consistent player, maybe two if it's a package deal. Our guild does focus on raiding and such, 10M only. We do have quite a few members who do PvP both RBG and Arena and BGs; so if you're interested, I'm sure we can help out there. We run heroics on off raid nights and help people level alts and fun stuff. Basically, we all play together and help out as needed.
Specifically our class/spec needs are:

We raid two nights a week, for 3 hours each night.
Monday and Tuesday
7 CST - 10 CST (That's 5-8 Server time)
We were starting earlier for a while, but this time frame is usually easier for everyone to make it.
Most of our raiders are online earlier than that, so a quick heroic, bear run, etc. will usually happen before raids.
As of right now, we are 12/12 T11 content and 2/7T12 content. Again, poor attendance lately has really hampered our progression.

- Resto Druid (Preferably with a Balance off spec)
Holy Pally (Preferably with a Ret off spec)
