My name is Estiephyeu. I have been playing since this game was released on the shelves, I have slaughtered practically every raid encounter, I have led numerous PUGRaids on various servers, and I have led two successful Raiding Guilds in my past.
With the Firelands nerf coming I felt it was a good time to begin a competitive PUGRaid on this server. In this thread I will explain to you what I mean by a competitive PUGRaid. If you are a raid aware and experienced player that lacks a Raid Group this is the one you will want to join. Failure is not an option.

Rules and Regulations:
First let me go over the basics. To get into the raid you must be "Properly" Geared / Gemmed / Enchanted / Forged. If you have straight secondary ( IE - Yellow or Blue ) Gems within your equipment and you are NOT a Tank you will not be able to join this raid. If you're forging is incorrect you will not be able to join this raid. And if you're say for example a Warlock with spirit gear. You absolutely will be able to join this raid. You must have a proper understanding of your class before coming into this raid.
As well, you must have at least a basic knowledge of the encounters in Firelands. I am not saying you need to have the achievement. I am however saying it is important for you to research the fights. Via Tankspot, Dungeon Journal, and other Youtube videos. If you do not know anything about the fight, "Could someone tell me whats going on here?" You will be removed from the Raid and replaced.

Loot Rules: Primary and Secondary rolls
-Primary is how you roll for an item that is Best in Slot and for your Main-Spec.
-Secondary is how you roll for an item that is not Best in Slot -OR- for an Off-Spec item.
In this Raid how you do on a fight can affect if you are receiving loot or not. If you're failing left and right on a specific fight, doing ridiculously mediocre DPS or not doing your job given to you. You will only be allowed to roll as Secondary. Internet connection and all that is not my problem, people coming into this raid must have a stable connection and a fairly decent computer that does not lag. Basically, if you know you're going to fail I would just suggest that this Raid is not for you.

Tue / Wed / Thur 5pm-7:30pm SERVER TIME
Ventrilo required, but... Remember that -I- am leading this Raid. Helpful information is nice. But do not overstep your boundaries or you will likely be muted.
