THEN YOU CAN HELP THE AAMS.
What we need is a healthy population of more casual players who aren't necessarily hauling !@# to get deliveries in, translate events, and be the working stiffs of the AAMS, but who are there to fly the flag and do regular ol' in-game things like instances and battlegrounds. Because right now we're quite honestly getting our butts kicked by guild perks and the inevitable slide of everyone's alts to whatever RP-friendly guild also gets them the most heirlooms.
THEREFORE, THE AAMS ALT DRIVE
These new characters don't have to be live-and-die-for-the-AAMS peacemakers with diplomatic ambitions. We're not going to make you carry letters and translate events if you don't want to (although we're happy to share that RP fun too!). What we're looking for is people that are friendly to RP and not playing anything too aggressively anti-peace.
AAMS ALT DRIVE GOALS
We're ambitious people. Our goal is to add twenty-five characters to each branch by the end of the coming week. That's fifty altogether, split between the Horde and the Alliance.
Please consider "donating" an alt or a character that isn't deeply involved with your main guild to the AAMS this week. You can find any of us online (almost everyone except brand-new members has invite privileges), reply here, or join the /aamsooc channel on either faction to let us know that you're interested. - We're recruiting your spare characters! Alts with less fully-fleshed storylines, off-spec experiments that you work on now and again, leveling characters that just need a good home; we want to add them all.

If you've got alts that are kicking around your main's guild because you didn't have anywhere else to put them, please think about adding to the AAMS Alt Drive. We'll be working hard to make sure new members are getting what they want out of the guild, whether it's leveling help, a tank for those irritating queues, or just some casual RP opportunities that don't require a lot of advance planning.
