Hi everyone!

The watch is looking for people who have alts they don't use much for RP to play them as revolutionaries in a storyline we have going currently. The general idea is that some Gilneans who fought against Greymane in the Gilnean Civil War have taken residence in Stormwind. Upset over the loss of their homeland and their lowly status in Stormwind, they plot to overthrow him. King Wrynn is also targeted, as the Gilneans have allied themselves with the impoverished residents of the city and surrounding countryside who have seen little help or sympathy from the king and nobles.

Obviously for OOC reasons they're not going to be successful, which is why we're looking for people with alts they don't mind eventually getting killed, arrested, or exiled. We're trying to make it a fun ride in the meantime, and that includes listening to suggestions from those involved. We've recruited a few people so far, and they've enjoyed it. Some of events we've had so far have involved instigators distributing propaganda in Westfall, destruction of nobles' property, a plot to kidnap the prince, and an epic search of the Stormwind sewers (using the Sunken Temple) that resulted in the accidental detonation of some cached explosives right underneath a wall of the keep.

This sounds like fun Orwyn. Sorry I been away from the game a bit. Real life issues have kept me from getting too involved. I spend a lot of time on the World's End Tavern forums doing forum rp. But it is not the same.

I have one open slot on this realm or I can always use Wallan, I never did get a chance to finish that off. He can change hairstyle or color or whatever and do some instigating for you. Changing my MyRp profile should work.

As one of those recruits, I've been involved with the story so far, and I want to attest to the fact that it has so far been a lot of fun! The more people getting involved would really help make it into something awesome.

Knowing we're doomed to failure, it's a whole different mindset trying to still find ways to cheat out fact and fate :D

Ultimate failure, it's true. But that doesn't mean there can't be some victories along the way. Actually, it's vital to keeping the story interesting!

Any level requirements or requests, Orwyn? I have two empty slots, or I can volunteer mah DK, Xeryn to the cause. She's lvl 60 or 61. I can be kill-ables. Okay, well ... maybe just leave Xeryn for dead. I may want to try being an evil bad guy someday.

No level requirements. Most of the events happen in Stormwind. We're planning on using Booty Bay as a location soon, and we've gone to some other places in the past, but even if your character can't go too far from the city we have plenty of ways to be involved.

The only real preference, and it's not even a strong one, is for worgen or human characters. If your character of another race has a desire to see the kings overthrown...maybe because it'd pave the way for their leaders to go too (hehheh), they're welcome to join in. We do have a slightly deranged Draenei already. :D
