Gentlemen, I'm sorry, this one's not for you, but if you know anyone who might be interested please pass the message around.

Ladies! I'm trying to set up an all women raid. Probably just on an occasional basis because I know we're all busy. I'm thinking something like once a month, just something fun for a couple of hours. I already have most of a group confirming that they are interested, but I also have a few more slots that need filling. Contact me if you want to come.

We can discuss the time and the place once I know who's interested, but I'm tentatively thinking a weekend sometime.

Well this looks fun... T11, Firelands, gear reqs? I would actually go get my elemental shaman some proper pve gear to do this (I only have pvp epics atm... which are still surprisingly legit, lol).

I'm thinking T11 to start. I know this is just going to be an occasional thing, and so I don't really want to try to take people away from their usual T12 runs for it. If this turns into a more regular thing, we might hit FL sometime after 4.3 comes out.

My usual rule of thumb for gear and such is that if you're comfortable in the Zandalari Heroics, you're probably in good shape for T11. (And if that's the case, I don't actually care exactly which gear you've got.)
