Guild Home Bases

Where is your guild's home base? Is it an existing building or something "invisible"? Do you just pretend? Describe it here!

For example:

Gilnean Liberty Brigade

Location: Mystic Ward - Ironforge

The GLB is leasing a small building on the northwestern end of the hall leading from the Mystic Ward towards Ironforge. It's nothing special, but it makes a nice office and a quiet getaway from the busy streets of Stormwind.

Amenities: A bed, bookshelves stocked with Gilnean literature and treatises on ways to organize kingdoms, a small pile of munitions.

Defenses: The GLB relies on the Ironforge Guard to provide defenses, but security hasn't really been a problem.

Phlogiston Brotherhood

Location: Runeweaver Square - Dalaran
Shoreside Smithy - Isle of Darrow

Galahn Tinhelm established the guildhouse of the Brotherhood out of a small store front in Runeweaver Square. Although it has recently seen more use, it is primarily just the home of the Hearthstone Market channel. More recently, Galahn Tinhelm established a testing facility in a gutted blacksmith shop outside the walls of the fallen Human city of Caer Darrow.

Amenities: Desks, Crystalline Rune of Communication, Small Tinker Shop
Sizable Test Facility

Defenses: None.
Non-standard tools and components, some of which with self-detonate features.

((EDIT: The storefront is imaginary. The smithy/test facility is not, but unfortunately I have been unable to come to the CDRP in many weeks.))

AAMS and AAMS:Alliance Branch

Location: Caer Darrow, Western Plaguelands

The AAMS recently moved its joint headquarters to the ruined settlement of Caer Darrow, where it organizes efforts to rebuild the town to habitation. All corporate business is either handled or organized on the second floor of the burnt-out remains of the inn, located in the town's former central square. The AAMS also currently uses some of the surrounding buildings as file storage and employee quarters.

Amenities: Broken desk, bookshelves, half of a stool, a non-functional fireplace...

Defenses: None to speak of, other than reputation. The AAMS does not currently employ anyone to "secure the premises", although all AAMS employees are expected to report any suspicious behavior to their supervisor or Branch Manager.

Da Doctas School of Medicine

Location: Sun Rock Retreat, Stonetalon Mountains

When our Sen'jin location was destroyed by a firebombing goblin, we relocated temporarily to the mountains of Mulgore, near Red Rocks. Recently, with the help of the Tauren Elders and our connections to the Horde Military, we have begun the process of setting up a new permanent location at Sun Rock.

Amenities: Flightmaster, Inn, Stables, Forge and Anvil, Mailbox, some Horde Profession Trainers, Large Commons Area, Plenty of Expansion Room

Defenses: Our own Protectas, supplemented by a squad of Orgrimmar Grunts; Proximity to Horde military installments; Natural land features make it easy to monitor who comes in and out

Scorched Earth

Location: Wouldn't you like to know? (It's under Southshore.... but you don't know that!)

We have constructed, mostly by commanding demons to build it, a series of underground tunnels and caverns that.... facilitate our needs.

Amenities: several laboratories, a ritual circle or two, plenty of booze, lots of rooms for our residents, an armory, a forge. And, of course, the demons we... ahem... employ, who can always construct more if needed.

Defenses: A hidden entrance, first and foremost, with a few wards in place for protection. Mostly though, there's just a lot of Voidwalkers once you get inside. Not to mention all the monsters that roam around outside!

Organization: Pillar of Honor

Location: Theramore Isle Keep

As the organization is built upon the need to find truth, and honor the ways of the law and peace, the Pillar of Honor has settled into an agreement with Lady Jaina Proudmoore. The Pillar maintains it's holdings in the keep near the North end of the city. Giving the Pillar excellent standing to negotiate and keep the Horde in check. The keep contains training grounds, personal chambers, prison cells, and meeting rooms to conduct secret Pillar operations meetings.

Amenities: Bank, Vendors, numerous servants and workers. Heavily armed garrison force of Kul'Tiras marines.

Defenses: The defenses of Theramore are the defenses of the Pillar, watched over by one of Azeroth's greatest Magi, and the entire city. The Kul'Tiras marines form a large detachment of the Pillar's defenses. The city's magi have the keep well defended from most external magical attacks.
