Endow was formed by a mature group of raiders looking to branch out and build a home where teamwork, consistency, and effort are embraced and rewarded both from a social standpoint as well in a raid environment. What we're looking for from you - maturity, deep class knowledge, a desire to improve even if you're the biggest-baddest-motha' on server, and a team-first attitude... you need to be able to play in the sandbox, first and foremost we're here to have fun after all!
THE SPECIFICS: We raid Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 6pm server until 9pm server (9pm until midnight EST). We currently have the following needs - anyone exception is encouraged to apply regardless of our specific needs:
We have a secondary raid that takes place on Fridays and Mondays from 6pm server until 9pm server (9pm until midnight EST) - this is for Alts & under-geared Mains, with priority for slots being for the under-geared mains. This run will raid normal or heroic Firelands, or normal Dragon Soul. If you are applying for heroic content raiding with an avg item level 25 below the rest of the raid expect the answer to be "you'll be in the alt run until you learn the fights and have the gear."
We are always looking for exceptional applicants in every class, spec and role - if you feel you can hold your own in a competitive raid guild, we highly encourage you to apply!
