(( Or, if you're deadset on Pyrewood, just say it's a stand-in and say it's actually some village in Gilneas, rather than using -the- burnt down Pyrewood. ))

(( That would be great, Raoul! I'd enjoy a tour and learn some more lore. Haha after reading all the posts here I jumped onto my Horde alt to do exactly that quest around Silverpine to learn more. My Horde alt is named Shather if anyone wants to speak to me Horde side. ))

((What I think:

a. After routing the Forsaken, WOTN begins to rebuild Pyrewood.

b. Another town, as Raoul suggested, and Keep without much to do with Pyrewood/Shadowfang.. (Fireblade Keep)

c. consider Gilneas, but honestly I find it big and..lonely.))

((A. Honestly a terrible idea. The quest line firmly plants the Forsaken in complete control of Silverpine. Any move into their territory like that would have quite the response from the Forsaken military. More over, it never works well to try and modify the presented lore. Pyrewood will never be rebuilt for someone whose done the quest line.

B. Could work, but I'm personally not a fan of just pretending it's something other than it is; especially since most people outside your guild are not going to realize what it's supposed to be, and will only see it for what it actually is.

C. Gilneas makes the most sense. The Worgen's home is in Gilneas. It only makes sense for your family's keep to be there as well. In addition, it has a number of nice areas with a unique setting.))

A: That's just not going to work. You can't really... you know, route the Forsaken forces from a zone they're heavily occupying. I mean, you could go with that. But its violating lore. Any Worgen settlement in Silverpine would be wiped out, because.... that's what happened lorewise.

B: Entirely acceptable! No reason it needs to ICly be /pyrewood/ after all.

C: Considering Gilneas is always good. As I said, its... Actually contested lorewise, and being big is good. It means there are plenty of towns to choose from - Silverpine is large enough too, after all. Its not like you'll be rping in /all/ of Gilneas, just one of the many towns there. And it wouldn't be lonely with guildies, after all.

((We are going for Greymane Manor. Keep-ish, with a tower and everything. ))

((Looks like this has all mostly been sorted out! Also, Greymane Manor is definitely a spiffy spot for RP. :3 It was actually one of the places we looked into in early Cata when we were looking to replace the Brill inn that we had been using for a bit. ))
