Hmmm... For Gram here: The Ecstasy of Gold by Ennio Morricone: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wV0wPBYDQ6Y I kinda picture him laying on the ground seemingly dead and then he slowly rises. He gets up on one knee spits out some broken teeth and blood. As the music swells, he finds his things, makes sure they are in order and as it reaches its crescendo, he finds the trail of the bastards that tried to do him in, calls his mount and goes after them, his eyes flinty and staring off into the horizon.
For Goregrinder, my dk: Anvil of Crom by Basil Poledourishttp: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHfE682mm3c . I picture him riding fourth on his unliving steed, his blue glowing eyes flaring as blood lust fills him. Its the only time the unliving orc feels alive. His mount's iron shod hooves beating the ground like drums as Gore readies his weapons and runes and looses a bellicose and joyful roar as he crashes into his opponent.
For Asdus, my undead priest, it is Cold Wind by Arcade Fire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKU82yHCLGs. I picture him wandering about a bleak frozen battle field, checking for those close to death, and giving them the option of dying or being brought back as one of the forsaken. For everyone who says no, he grimly sets about creating a great funeral pyre, to honor those with the courage to die a true death. For those who choose unlife, he shepards them towards the Under City.
Kazgroxxar, my warlock, Acrobat, by U2, because Kaz is ultimately flawed. For all his terrible awesome power, he is weak. He still grieves for his dead daughter, the only person in his life the meant a damn, whom he was dismissive of . Now, after he killed her slayers, there is little more than hollowness inside. But all this anger and all this outrage at himself and the others in his life that harmed his daughter, ultimately drove him away from out right evil. The pressures that build on him, all the people who sneer at him as a drunk and a warlock, ultimately makes him live, not just for himself, but for the memories of what he and his daughter endured. He is stubborn and still manages to some how stand tall despite the sorrow and rage he feels inside.
For my other characters, I can't really think of anything.
