Inspectur Spriggel looked up as the furry faced (perhaps I should have said "bearded" so as not to confuse our tetrapodded brethren) gnome walked into her office, a stick of dynamite in his hand. Luckily the fuse was long; she'd just have to remember to keep things brief.
"Heard you need an approval, fella. Done & done. Anything to help out our furry friends." Spriggel dug thru Derscha's desk drawers until she found a stamp that read "Alive. Handle with care." and started stamping various objects on the desk including a clean sheet of paper which she handed over to the Cail.
