((This post is part backstory for my character for anyone interested to view, part a journal for myself so I can keep track of it. Will be updated, if possible, over time.))
((Alation Bloodfury grew up in Gilneas, training in the ways of the Light, with two other brothers, Hercule and Urke Bloodfury. He could never find his parents, and his brothers could not either. He was teased and bullied by them for not becoming a warrior and not fulfilling the family "Bloodline". He learned to turn towards the Light for guidance, for strength.
Then, everything changed when the (Avatar moment) Cataclysm/Invasion occured. His brothers were presumed dead, or gone missing. Alation himself was bit with the Worgen curse. This enraged him, causing him to stop trusting the light, and to lose faith. The combined loss of his brother and "His own self", and the invasion of his home, was too much to bear.
With his lack of faith in the Light, there was only one solution. Alation Bloodfury turned to the Shadow. At first, it was rough for him. But, he got used to it, over training and honing his skills. He is quite strong with this magic, and isn't afraid to show it.
However, to some, one good thing did come of the invasion of Gilneas. It caused him to turn to the Shadow. He now will serve the Alliance endlessly, until the day he dies, fighting to avenge his fallen family, friends, and loved ones. He isn't afraid to train with his skills on anyone, believing that if he holds back in his abilities, he will just get beaten up and trashed again. And thus, this is why he fights other players and commonly participates in arenas.
