The gifts and messages had been delivered and it was time for Gentyl to reciprocate. What would the perfect gift be, though?

A massage, a day of beauty. Yes, her friend was entirely too tense. She needed a massage.

Gentyl posted a notice in Booty Bay.

"Wanted:

A skilled masseuse to help relax an overworked Orc lady.

Please leave a message here or contact Gentyl through AAMS.

Gentyl D'Amond Turncutt

((So there you go. I need someone who will, or at least seriously offer to, give someone on the horde side a legitimate massage, nothing more.))

Kezrin met with Garisaan, the new Alliance courier, who'd returned from Stormwind after meeting with Gentyl. It seemed the cat lady had decided to send her own gifts in return to Abominus and Æthelgyth.

The unknown package and letter to Abominus were stored away rather quickly… she'd deal with that mess later. Maybe if she were lucky the orc lady would kill her first?

It seemed quite likely that would be the case, a while later, as Kezrin and Myzzi tracked down the orc in question at the tavern in Ratchet, toting a cloth covered basket. She let it slip that she'd given the head to Garisaan to deliver. Æthelgyth was not pleased.

"Pretty sure I requested a personal delivery," she asked. "Didn't I?"

Oh, no. Kezrin raised her chin, hoping she sounded more confident than she felt. "Pretty sure the Stormwind Guards said 'no'."

Please don't know I'm stationed in Hearthglen, please don't know….

"You didn't have to deliver it in Stormwind. She was in Hearthglen last night."

"Yeah, and they weren't too keen on visitors jus' then, from what I heard," Kezrin responded, referring to the recent possible assassination attempt. She glanced at Myzzi worriedly, who seemed content to let Kezrin suffer the orc's ire by herself.

Æthelgyth didn't seem swayed. "Well, AAMS are usually a different story, Goblin. Next time I want a package delivered personally, you will personally deliver it. I will know if you pass it off. Am I understood?"

Perhaps a distraction would ward off imminent death? The goblin courier quickly held up the cloth-covered basket. "Anywhoo! I gots a return delivery!" she said too cheerfully.

Æthelgyth raised an eyebrow. "What is it. Open it."

Kezrin set the basket down, removing the cover. Inside were various bottles of lotion and soap. "It's, err, a beauty package?"

"Umm.. are you sure its not some kind of goblin explosive?"

She poked a bottle with a finger, while Myzzi looked on. "Nah, I only know 'bout exploding scented candles, and I don't see any o' those."

Æthelgyth muttered, "I'll have it checked out by some apothecaries."

Myzzi spoke up. "And, err, the message was to tell ya, 'To relax and enjoy a nice day at the spa, perhaps.'"

Æthelgyth snorted. "I bet its a coded message.. Contact poison in the bottles! Death, and time in the morgue!" She shook her head. "Couriers delivering death... How terrible."

"Hey! Never intentionally!"

Æthelgyth raised an eyebrow. "I seem to recall the delivery of a case of corpses and a bloodied sword."

The goblin courier blinked. "What?" She looked back at Myzzi with a frown, trying to recall anything about bloody swords. "Oh, wait, you told me about that, right?" In fact… Kezrin had been the one to accept both deliveries, hadn't she?

Myzzi nodded. "Yea, bossgnome and elflady were questioned by the Watch."

"Pretty sure everybody heard about that," Æthelgyth laughed.

Kezrin crossed her arms. "Yeah, so's I've been told. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have taken anythin' too dangerous!"

"No...," said the orc, "just the Head of a Pit Lord. Which.. if we think about it… is pretty dangerous."

Kezrin muttered, "... not as dangerous as refusing it, I bet...."

Æthelgyth laughed loudly. "That's true."

"But, uh, still, not intentionally killin' anyone. So, uh, ya got a message to send back?"

Æthelgyth nodded. "Tell her that I won't be taken in by her tricks. She can't kill me with that contact poison!"

The sisters glanced at each other once more. "And, err, tell her personally?" Kezrin asked.

"Yes. You personally."

She let out a deep sigh. "Yeeeaah. Okay. Gotcha."

"And I'll know if you pass it off, remember. Because next time…. there'll be an issue."

Kezrin replied, mostly on automatic, "Thanks fer choosing the AAMS."

Garisaan didn't know how lucky he was to be an Alliance courier.
