Update: Due to declining membership and two straight weeks of zero attendance, I will not be hosting further forum events.

I'm still of course looking for ways to drum up Kalimdorian RP, and am always up for random RP in Darnassus, but I no longer believe that the forum is an effective tool in doing that.

I'm going to make a suggestion. Having people get up and stand in line to ask a question isn't really necessary. In every meeting situation I've ever been in, it works perfectly well to just have people raise their hands and be recognized.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll consider the change, but I do want to ensure that no one gets skipped.

I'll be coming to the event as long as nothing unexpected comes up in RL(which happens sometime when you have two small kids). I came to the first one and enjoyed it very much.

I do think having people stand in line was a bit awkward, and to keep people from being skipped I have a suggestion. Assign someone to take the names of those with questions and ask those with questions/comments to raise their hands until "someone" has come and taken their name down. The person with that duty could ICly walk around and make the list of those with questions/comments, call out who is up next, and add to the list as needed.

On the subject. Those of you who have proposed topics, I still need to speak to you tonight. Otherwise, tomorrow I will be posting a debate topic.

Unfortunately, this weekend I will not be able to make it online, so the Darnassian Forum will not meet this week. We will certainly reconvene, however, on the 24th, and the event will be posted here on or before June 20th.

Sorry about that, but hopefully the wait will make the event that much better. :)
