Welcome to Warcraftier's Cenarion Circle "All is not as it seems" contest!

The idea here is fairly simple, we would like to see everyone's best effort at an awesome transmog/RP outfit, cosplay, or unique application of in-game transfiguration. The winning individual or team (please specify in your submission) will win 100,000 gold. While only one grand prize winner will get the big prize, runners up and winners for most humorous, most transformed, best copy of another class, most original and some other specialty categories will receive other prizes, including but not limited to 25K gold, in game pets, and massive amounts of odd junk from Warcraftier's mysterious guild bank.

Entries can be submitted on our website at www.warcraftier.com in the thread entitled "Transmog Contest Entries" in the Forum "Fun Stuff". Entries should include an image capture (in game screenshot) of the transmog/RP outfit/Cosplay or transfiguration, a reference image showing you in "normal" gear, a note indicating if it is a group or individual submission, and any explanation for the submission that you want to make. Please use the thread for entries only. There will be a seperate thread for comments and questions titled "Q&A for the Transmog Contest". Please be aware that this contest is open to everyone on the server including Warcraftier members. The judges however are not eligible to enter ;P The deadline for contest submissions is 07/31/12.

I tried to post an entry but got the "only members of this guild site can reply" message. I have a GL account but I'm not too familiar with guildlaunch's system. Am I missing a step?

I had to double-check the permissions. Tweaked a few things, let me know if you still run into issues?

Lerrielin contacted me long ago about this. Warcraftier has, from the start, wanted to do something that would include roleplayers. I hope people will take advantage of this tremendous opportunity and fun event.

Agreed. This here's a fun thing, and bein of a somewhat fashionable nature me self, I'm ahopin' ta see some nice stuff. So far though, there's only one clear winner. (at least in my opinion...)

I been lookin this over, and there sure is some might fine examples of the Moggin' Art there, boy howdy!

I got me two favorites so far, the rest of yas need to step up yer game. And no, I ain't saying what they is until the contest is over.

A few things, I ain't judgin based on "whether or not it matches" alone. I'm a lookin fer wit, attention to detail, adherence to a specified theme, and overall creativity.

And HEY! HORDIES! What fresh hells wrong with ya? Too many damn blood elves and alliance fops up there, we need more trolls, tauren, and orcs! C'mon y'all, REPRESENT!

Entered two! And I agree with Plainswander, not enough trolls mon. I don't have a transmog set for the druid that I feel is worth addind despite her being my main >< Tier things are pretty but not original enough to warrant much unless you can turn them into something of your own. I'll have to look through what I've got again and put something cool together...
