From my understanding The achivement for killing sinestra will be a FoS come MoP. that means in order to obtain the shmexyist title in the game of dragonslayer she must die very soon!
Im looking for 9 seriously aware and stalwart raiders to earn this title!
Lets start with qualifications.
1.You must have completed some progression raiding as of wrath of the lich king! (more current would be ideal but not nessisary.
2.Dedicated to the cause~
{I.E. Be at the raid entrance at start time, come prepaired to sustain yourself if no guild perk consumables are available., have reserched this fight as required of your position or role in the group, and are able to contribute your strengths and short comings openly as to coheir quickly & adapt to your teams and individuals play styles effectively in a very short period of time.}
3.Able to identify and self correct mistakes while maintaing a postive and fun outlook on the task at hand.
4.Be able to contribute critical information during and after attempt/s of the encounter. (keeping it positive is your job not mine!)
5. Be able to stay to the raid schedual as best as humanly possable due to the relatively short amount of time given to do this! (once the team is assembled i will give each of you all of my contact information to keep me postited if that pesky RL desides to intervene in our endevor)
6. We accept that wipeing is going to get costly and its going to happen alot in the first few days of attempts. Fear not! I am an adaptive stratagist able to configure our collective play style to a method that will work for our group make up. we will make progress forward with each attempt if you apply my methodology to your mentality.
7.Lastly from a raid leader stand point. IF and or when i approach you with postive constructive critisim on performance that you keep in mind we all can learn from one another. Now i know the first thought is "dont tell me how to play my class" and take offence to the approah.
My intent will never be to offend or belittle you! I have many friends,cohorts,allies,and mentors available to give thoughtful insight to each and every class. In turn i expect those of you that join have those resources and avenues available as well. That way collective and collabrative information shareing enables us to strengthn our efforts as quickly as possable ensureing our succses!
