I had this brilliant idea for a way to end all these aggressive actions that I would be extremely satisfied with.

It entails six people specifically: Imperon, Sigren, Paden (I think that is his name), Lunaeis, Narnicka, and Ragefang.

The idea is to all six come RP with me and apologize for any and all transgressions against me and my guild. Once that has been done and they acknowledge the condition that no one be banned from a player made channel (certain extreme cases excluded minus Rigsby and myself), then I can call a permanent ceasefire.

What do you six think? Good idea, no?

I don't know if I would call it brilliant, egotistical, yes, brilliant, not so much.

You seriously think that these six people need to apologize to you, and your guild, but you have done nothing wrong in all of this? You don't need to apologize for any of your actions?

My partner and I have now removed all of our characters from your guild. I am sorry it has come to that, but our conversation on guild chat did nothing to assure me that such actions wouldn't occur in the future, heck, it pretty much seemed to me that you guaranteed they would continue.

I think everyone involved just needs to take a step back and ask themselves what the heck they are doing. This is a game and it should be entertainment for us all, once some of us start getting their entertainment from the harassment of others, something has to change.

I get that you feel "wronged", but as I tried to point out, that is for you to deal with, not other people. You can choose to feel wronged and want revenge, or you can take the higher road and just move on. It is obvious the path you have chosen.

I would wish you luck, however, I do not think you are in the right here, as I have told you, so I hope the RP'ers get their channel back and you take time to seriously consider your actions.

Wow. Very cool. Sorry that you had to get caught up in this whole mess and I hope you find a new place for you and your partner. I know a lot of us will be more than happy to make recommendations that will fit your play styles. CC really is a great place despite recent events.

We have no problems with CC in general, we are just sad we were caught up in these recent events and things had to end the way they did.

As we really like our original guild name, and our butterfly tabard, we have decided to go back to our two person guild, Orphans of Stormwind. Who knows, maybe we will do some recruiting and see if we can't grow! :)

Given the choice between letting you back in the channel, and putting up with it being locked and having to resort to guild chat and RealID whispers to quickly organize a replacement, I'll choose the latter.

My counter-proposal is that you simply realize we no longer want anything to do with you, that you're unwelcome in RP community channels, and to walk away and go do whatever it is you do with your time ingame. In return I think I can safely speak for most of the RP community to say we'll quite happily walk away too.

Why yes, I do think it is brilliant. Although Lahkin is now added to the list of guests that I feel should participate.

I'm sure these seven can humble themselves if it means finding some kind of solution to stop any aggressive actions, but if they feel there are better means, then that is cool too.

I have read your counter-proposal, and I must decline. I'm afraid I just don't see what all the RP community can do to me that would cause me to second guess myself. Now if the RP community actually acted like the better people and humbled themselves, then I'd be quite impressed.

Jesus I thought I was egotistical but Kod takes the cake. Im gonna have to say this thread is full of win. Thank you Kod for amusing me today by thinking you are without wrong and want to stop being the victim in all that has happened. You sir, have made my day.

Both sides are entirely guilty of escalation; OOC, and Kod and his associates. This never had to reach this point if both sides hadn't committed themselves to their course, dug in a trench, and treated the other like leperous !@#$.

I'm not sure whether you're being sincere here Kod, or if you're just trolling the CC boards so that everyone can know that you're upset, but just a piece of friendly advice: perhaps it's about time to grow up, start conducting your actions with dignity, and treat others with a bit of respect. If this is how you act toward others in RL....well, I can only imagine that you're going to find life very hard indeed.

That...ignores a lot; I mean a *lot* of issues...

While this does not affect me as a person who primarily plays Horde (and I totally understand a desire to play things diplomatically), this is really a false equivalency.

Dree: I've seen enough posts from this person to realize they are not simply a troll; that level of arrogance is just kind of unnerving. You know, requires a psychological evaluation and cannot be reasoned with, sort of unnerving...

Just to clarify, I have nothing against you Kod. In fact I quite enjoy seeing you on the pvp battlefield. Just my two cents, from someone who feels very old indeed to see these kinds of high school arguments on our server :)

However, my attitude toward a majority of people will not change till they humble themselves first for their transgressions. Mainly just Lahkin since I have finally found out that he was the one to have me banned unjustly in the first place.

But since I've come this far, I would appreciate the other six participating just to humor me.

You have clearly defined that you do not care what we think...and your prerogative is your own and has no bearing on anyone on this server. Simply to end this stupidity on a game I would easily RP and apologize to the mighty Kod...if....I thought it would amount to anything. But your word means nothing and I am sure you would find greater fulfillment having this done and then turn around and maintain the same shenanigans. Up until recently I may have disagreed with you but I at least had respect for you and your character. But all of that is gone so again no i have no intentions to apologize you in some dramatic fashion because your word means nothing to anyone who knows you.

And until now I have done nothing to you...I am simply stating that I will be ignoring the entire guild because those who wish to support you will not be people I will wish to play with in this game.

Suit yourself. I offered, and you refused it.

Indeed. What you're doing is akin to what I did when I first banned everyone from AOOC. Congratz, you're just like me. No better. No worse.

No I simply don't care to associate myself with those people who play the game simply to grief...don't care if its what you enjoy doing I make an effort to not associate myself with those people in the real world so why would I in a fictional one? As far as sanctioning your entire guild...Well again I will only ignore you as long as you have the title "the Order of the Blade" If you dont agree with the policies of the guild but choose to remain in it none the less for what ever reason I don't mind personally taking you off ignore either.

And again most in your guild don't know me and won't care and I am fine with that...if others on this server wish to follow suit...then I wouldn't blame them and really you shouldn't expect less...in a perfect world half of this server would have you and your guild on ignore so these attention grabbing antics would mostly go unnoticed.
