Okay CC. . .
1. Went to the pet battles trainer. Listened to people complain about people sitting on mounts and blocking trainer. Dispensed wisdom about setting up a keybind for "Interact With Target". Complaining continued.
2. Followed first quest to King Wrynn; awesomeness ensued.
3. Completed quest outside Stormwind Keep. Directed towards the airship that's been floating over Stormwind for the last month.
4. Mounted my frostwyrm, realizing after I land in Pandaria I'm going to be without the ability to fly for a solid week or so until I hit 90th level.
5. Logged off.
6. Perused forums. Made use of forum ignore feature on a couple of posters.
7. Posted in this thread.
8. Went to bed.
Will resume at approximately 4:30pm realm time, when I'm home from work. Hopefully the initial crush of people will have spread out a tiny bit, and I can quest for fun instead of racing to tag quest mobs just to complete a quest in a mad dash to distance myself from herds of people.

Right now, most people are so gridlocked on the first quest they can't get further. Probably be glad you aren't with the rest of the crew.

I saw Merimu claim Realm first for Mining last night, and I want to say he was the first one to claim any of the realm firsts too :)
Accepted quest at midnight, finished my first run through of heroic ToT. Good times.
Went to SW, did mini-quests, got on ship, thought to myself "Whoah, I've saved this ship how many times now as a horde player? Now i get to actually RIDE it? Cool!"
Got to Pandalandia, did initital run of quests. Right up until OMGWTFWALLOFCOPTERSAUCE!
Slowed down, thought about it, finished quest by being patient and calm.
Got kinda creeped out by slaughtering helpless sailors as they tried to swim for shore.
Remembered Theramore. Felt better. Not all the way, but some. Have to watch that.
Logged off, finished beer, went to to bed.

She stared as a troop of maggots hurried by, saws, knifes, and various other cutting instruments in hand. They swarmed over the body of a newly dead panda and disappeared inside him. A few minutes later four small gyrocopters lowered lines to the body. There was a flurry of activity under the skin and then a liver lifted out of the body and into the air, supported by the liver lines. On the liver, the maggots cheered at a job well done and thumbed their noses, or what Gen assumed were their noses, at her.
She shuddered. Gads, she had almost married that madman, mad corpse, insane Forsaken thing.
