<Cry of Luna> is currently looking for motivated & geared healers that are interested in raiding with or without a guild swap. We normally keep our raids guild-only, but we're short on raid-ready healers at the start of this new expansion.
If you're already in a great guild, come get some experience in Cata raids for a few weeks, and head back in with your guild once they catch up. Or, if you're in the market for a new raiding guild, come try out CoL and see if we're right for you!
