Hello Wyrmrest Accord! I don't mean to burst into your forums, but I think you guys have a lot to contribute.

I'm from Cenarion Circle, but I have had quite a few great interactions with people from WrA through CRZ at my guild's event in Booty Bay. I really think we should have more of that, and so I'm trying to reach out to all of the servers that are connected to us through CRZ. I think CRZ presents a wonderful opportunity for roleplayers, and especially those of us on smaller servers. I think CRZ is a wonderful opportunity for RPers to find more RP while still maintaining their communities on their servers.

I made a large post on the official US Roleplay, forum, World's End Tavern, and got little response, so I'm switching focus. I think to start I should get a list of events in CRZ zones going, and expand from there. I have ambitions to have a grand list of CRZ RP hotspots, areas people use for personal/guild RP and lists/descriptions of
characters who are open for CRZ RP.

What I want from this thread is to gather a list of CRZ friendly events from every server and gather them in one place. I made another post in the WET forum, http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/16953835379#1

To be clear, I'm not trying to force anyone to make their event open to CRZ, but from my experience, I think it will be to your benefit. If those who run events in CRZ accessible zones are interested in bringing in people from other server, post a response here with a short description just like you would for a server event list, with the following format

Event name
Time and location
Host (if applicable, can be guild or individual)
Brief description

I have edited my second WET post, the event list, with three events from Cenarion Circle, and hopefully I will be able to add some from Farstriders as well.

I am fairly certain that Tirisfal is a pretty open CRZ area, as I have interacted with a number of people from Cenarion Circle (my original server! love you guys!) in positive ways through RP. I could open up my Undeath Transition Assistance Program to other servers, but that would take a lot more planning and coordinating. I am open to the idea if someone in the Undead community wants to reach out to me from their server about it though,

Synopsis: A place, where users or people interested in the shadows, can commune in a sanctuary setting to listen and share knowledge after the occasional sermons.

I'm getting very close to adding more events! Sometimes it's hard to know who to talk to, but I'm on the right track :)

The Drunken Kodo, a wonderful Horde tavern in Ratchet, has been added! I have the fondest memories of the Drunken Kodo, so I am so happy I can share it with others!

UTAP is on every week on Thursday, if you would like to give the deadies on your server that information. I can not coordinate a second servers worth of guilds, but if someone from CC would care to "host" for their server guilds, that would be awesome.

The only thing I would have to advise on, is that yesterday, we had a lot of people. This is great, but the chat gets spammy and hard to distinguish the various conversations. I believe an addition of another server to the event will warrant finding a different place to run the UTAP, where we can spread out a bit more.

I will pass that along, Stanovic, but I'm not really aware of any guilds that do Undead RP. RP on CC is largely not guild dependent.

I know of a few great Forsaken RPers who could contribute a lot of fun to the event, so I will reach out to them.

With the addition of Club Trix, there is now an event every day, with eleven total events and now two posts worth of event descriptions!

I know someone asked about it here just recently, but to reiterate:

Club Trix is active! And very much open to CRZ activity, so it will continue to be a party!

Thank you sososooo much to everyone who helped build the list! It would be nothing without all of you!

But it's enough just to have a list: people need to see the list, to know it exists. Not many people visit the forums. In fact, this thread here has more views than the list itself! So please, if you haven't take a look at the list, see if any event interest you, and check them out! If someone in your community asks "what's going on tonight?" direct them to the list! Let people know about these events.

This is an important step in creating a CRZ community. Events can begin to break down the barriers. People go to CRZ events, RP with people from other servers. They can then share their good experiences with others, encouraging them to do the same.

If more people are more comfortable with the idea of CRZ RP because of events, then they will be more comfortable RPing in the open. I'm hoping this will also permeate to encouraging people to share their spaces with RPers from other realms instead of reaching with hostility.

But this requires people to start the discussion in game, to reach out to people, and we need a lot of help with that. If you want to help reach out, please share your experiences with me. What needs to be done? What would make it easier?

Hen, from here on Wyrmrest Accord, is working on making a forum. She needs help with the web design and coding, so if anyone can help with that it would be greatly appreciated!

Another thing to note though:

It seems CRZ is finicky. When there is a high population density ( such as a large gathering for an RP event...) there is a split, and you may not encounter people event though you are in the same location.

When you can't see an event that is supposed to be happening, the solution is to get an invite from someone at the event, so they can merge you in.

I am going to be sure to include a contact for every event, and be sure that hosts are open to inviting.
