*The product itself is a metal pair of earmuffs. The muffs hold a small motor that moves the the toothed hair band down the length of ones hair, and a rigid base that extends outward to allow the comb to go back to its starting position without causing problems. Stashed inside the circular earmuffs is also a small container of shampoo that is distributed through the teeth of the combs. The band is elastic, allowing it to conform to just about any type of head. A fabric of some sort covers the elastic and metal structure of the headband, keeping the unattractive mechanical structure out of sight*
