“Take Over Darkmoon Faire”

tl;dr ~ This isn’t an event, just a post to let you know that if you’re looking for roleplay, some of us will be hanging out at the fair next Tuesday.

Dear Sisters of Elune,
You are cordially invited to attend the Darkmoon Faire next Tuesday, March 8th, at 7:00 pm ST and mingle with others who will be present for friends, food and fun.
We’re not promising any special entertainment, although performer-type characters that are suitable for a fair environment are welcome. Speaking for my guild only, we’re not here to promote any one character’s “special story.” As roleplayers, we are inviting you to come out and simply socialize in a cool setting that’s outside of a tavern and a major city. I can’t tell you the IC reason why your character should be there, and I’m not bothering with an IC post because this is the most famous outdoors event in all of Azeroth. You can figure it out, I have faith.
So Horde, you know what this means. You’re welcome, too, although sadly I can’t do anything about a translator. I’m sorry. I also can’t do anything about any Goldshire cowboys that decide to get in your face, no matter how badly I may want to ship them off to the RAS in an assortment of decorative bloody packages wrapped in *edits out gruesome description*. You know how I roll.
Finally, for any readers that may be wondering – roleplayers of all experience are welcome. I don’t care if you’re a beginner, a “veteran,” roleplay-curious, or made your character five minutes prior to the event just to check out the server. Sometimes it’s hard to personally interact with each player present depending on the numbers, but we’ll do our best to introduce everyone to the wonders of funnel cake and ice berry slush.
