It sounds so wrong. But yes, our priest is pregnant and about to pop with her 5th child. Like, last week. I never thought I'd have to headhunt for an in game maternity leave.... but here I am. We're looking for someone to fill her amazingly fashionable shoes.
The spot could be a temporary (6 weeks) to permanent spot depending on what what the applicant is looking for. Ideally, we are looking for a Holy Paladin or Holy Priest and would consider a resto shaman. No resto druids thanks as one tree is enough.
Also, our tank is facing some real life issues which require him to quit the game. We're sad but we support him. The hunt for a fresh meat shield begins.
The ideal candidates...
- Can raid 3-4 days Tues, Thurs, Fri Sat, from 7-10:30pm PST. We have more than 10 raiders on our team and we sub out as needed to avoid burn out, and accommodate for special nights out (concerts, bdays etc). Just need notice.
- Know their class and do their due diligence in raid prep - flasks, gems, dailies, etc.
- Raid ready gear is required, but we DE alot of stuff now, as we're all mostly geared.
- Know the fights, or can learn really quick.
- Can be counted on to be punctual and have exceptional attendance.
- Wants to be a part of the guild, and be active and engaged. Do dailies, do achievements, fish, chat. We don't want someone to just punch their raiding card and then log out after.
- Can use VOIP Mumble. At bare minimum willing to listen on it.
- Good situational awareness.
- Adult. Unfortunately we say some pretty raunchy/inappropriate things and prefer to spend our recreational time with other adults.
- Appreciates Mouthslams and Gravy as much as we do.
We cover raid repairs and flasks, and are very active at doing things together. We're a very small guild. Currently 10/12 with Nef and Heroic Halfus on the Horizon.
