((With the release of the patch, I had this story in mind for Elly for her development as to some of the other activities that would occur with the rise of the Zandalari. Regardless of faction or association, I encourage you all to participate in your own ways in response to these current events. Enjoy!))

"Has everything else been going as poorly since custody was taken," inquired Orson as he began to jot a few notes upon his ever-present pad of parchment.

It had been mere days since the news of her loss of her son to his birth parents, but wine and a tattoo session had seemed to have helped in her coping as well as the roommate's unconditional support.

Her hands smoothed over her lilac robes in nervous tension as she shook her head before murmuring a muted, "No."

"You're doing fine, Ellorah."
"Am I, " she asked, curious.
"Well," he began. "I'd prefer you drinking less, but over all? You're doi--"

A large distance rumbling began, both elves sitting up abruptly as they looked to the door.

The first thing the baroness noticed about the noise were the sounds of animals making their way closer toward the small office on the border of The Scorched Grove. The second? A distinct bolero of drums.

No, it can't be.

As though the psychiatrist read her mind, he said sternly, "Go home."

Grasping her skirt she moved to the door, Orson Bloodwind took hold of his files and shoved them into a satchel; thankfully he hadn't too many patients.

As the door opened war cries filled the air, the building not a minute's walk from them aflame. A pair of armored bears held their trollen riders as they stormed another home beside it.

Ellorah froze, lips trembling in fear as she watched with horror, her eyes wanting to disbelieve the scene.

"Go!" It was Orson screaming at the warlock as he pushed past her, taking to an ebon hawkstrider.

Home. Budo. Run.

Shaking whatever thoughts remained, she began to run through the lush green hills toward her abode in the woods. Stray branches from bushes and trees whipped her in places she wouldn't feel until much later in the night, her left shoe becoming lost in the midst.

As she limped further away from the sounds of battle, her exhaustion caught up with her though she continued to push. Her roof was visible now, and it encouraged her pace.

Bursting through the door, the rogue sat up from laying upon the bed with a book in his hand.

Sweat drenched her and before she could speak he stood, concerned over her wheezing.

"Pack everything," she spoke in between breaths.
"What? What's happening, Elly?" He sat the book by it its bind upon the table by the door as he made his way to her.
"Amani are attacking Eversong Woods."

A small pause ensued as she made her way to her few dozing pets, lifting her cat Lucy first.

"Pack," she cried again, Budokaii moving to do so after comprehending the bewildering statement. Kicking a crate open, he moved to fetch his things.

The rogue grumbled quietly, fumbling through the crate he had previously kicked open as he'd begin to withdraw a few weapons. He placed two swords into the holders on his back, two daggers sliding into their sheaths at his sides as well as a knife being slipped into one of his boots, and another into his glove before he would pull his black hood over his face.

He moved towards the bookshelf, leaving the weapon crate half full. He had what he needed from there. The Deathstalker raised his hand to the shelf, knocking off a few of his notebooks so he could catch them in his bag.

He turns, gaze resting on the warlock, "..Where too?"

"I haven't the slightest," she murmured, fixated on ushering her beloved animals into their cages. Her limbs began to quiver, the gravity of the situation and the run having done the baroness in further than she had expected.

Determined, she made her way to the alchemy table, collecting the rarer of her herbs and concoctions. She pulled the vials in with her arm and into a satchel.

Somewhere safe, somewhere safe.. Not Silvermoon City, in case they bring battle there. The Undercity may be potentially dangerous if Quel'thelas fall-- don't think like that, Elly. The Horde wouldn't let it get that far.

"The Undercity," she nodded. "We'll be safe there."

She toppled the books from a shelf into a crate haphazardly, sealing it quickly. The beloved felguard moved to grasp the crate as soon as she'd closed it.

What else, what else.. she berated in her head, her eyes shifting to her vanity. Tossing her jewelry box and a perfume bottle into the satchel with the vials, she looked toward the door.

Is that all? I think that's all.. I'd have to come back for clothing. Yes.
