I've taken a couple month break for exhaustion reasons but have now at a Cross Roads. I have this Guild that my g/f and I created just to have a shared bank. However the guild progression is extremely low and we are only 68% into Level 1.
We are at a constant unknown if we want to open the doors to people because of more uncertainty. We are no way hardcore pvp or raiding. However I have run raids in Wrath and we love to pvp, but not constantly (ok pvp we really like compared to raids).
Now we would like to have others join, anyone more or less over lvl 20. Our expectations are laid back. We would love to run normals on our 85s, some pvp. Raids are still meh b/c of my work schedule. But we would love to have people raid on their terms and not worry about a GM having to be part of it, but I can help with rulings and concerns and chip in if time allows. And anyone 85 does not have to raid if they want, my expectations is fun organized groups. My raid exp is with my Mage Dathrick and this dude is used for 5mans and old school raids and dungeons for the shiny old epics.
The reason I would like others insight is more if anyone had thought of this before and the exp each has had. I want this guild to be higher to have a "home" for those who want to have fun and not have to be tied down and get pretty rewards as a team.
Thank you for your time and either posts or ingame messages would be cool. I really enjoy this server and see the big guilds around, and would like to be the "creator" but never sole benefactor of a great guild.
