The community has spoken, and your suggestions have not gone unheard. Based on the input I've received from the community, the plans for the meeting have been revised. To follow are the details for the up and coming preliminary meeting. I'd like to preface this by stating that it was never my intent to come off as cryptic or tyrannical. If I came of that way, I apologize. I also want to clarify, I have gotten my feedback from this forum as well as whispers, PM,s etc.
I hope these revisions sound a bit more welcoming. Now, let's move on to the meat and potatoes, shall we?! I'm going to try to keep this as straightforward as possible. First things first, the intent of this meeting is to discuss the following:
Do you hold interest in attending the preliminary meeting?
Great! Here's what I need you to do. Simply reply to this thread stating you're interested in attending. If you're speaking on behalf of a group or another individual, include the names in your reply. The names of all replies will be logged, and invitations will be sent to you! Please keep in mind, to avoid congestion and to convey ideas across in a timely manner, it is preferable that GMs or guild representatives attend for guilds interested. If you RP in a non-RP guild please reply with your name as suggested above. I am trying to include as many active role players as possible to keep representation as accurate as possible. As a side note, an open line of communication with your guildies during this meeting is recommended via whatever means you seen fit.
Anyone is welcome, but I need your help...
I have no issues admitting I'm not the most established individual on this server. That being said, I need your help spreading the word. If you know of anyone who might hold interest in attending, refer them to this thread so they can register! Keep in mind, it will take time for the word to spread about this meeting, so a date, time, and location for the meeting will be given once everyone has had an opportunity to register if they so choose.

... that I'm not the only individual who would agree that the most efficient way to cover this much information from this many sources is some sort of voice communication. As it stands right now, the preliminary meeting will be hosted on Luna Accord's Ventrilo server. It would help if we could get a volunteer to take a few minutes of the meeting to post here and on the sistersofelune.net site. Server information will be included with your invitation! If this is going to be too much trouble for too many people, we can revise this aspect of the meeting upon request.

directly after the realm forum guidelines which was the most suggested idea per my feedback. If it's not acceptable here, chances are it won't be tolerated at the community meeting. If you disagree with any aspect of this, I encourage you to attend the preliminary meeting to share your ideas!
