Anyone else experiencing high latency since the launch of 4.0.3, especially todays 4.0.3a?

I live in Atlantic Canada on Bell Aliants FiberOp connection (35/10Mbps). My latency since 4.0.3 has gone from being 200-250ms to consistently being over 500ms. Have done all the usual. Reset modem and rebooted PC. Have all unnecessary processes stopped.

Just curious if anyone else is having similar issues.

yep -- since saturday night i've been having latency to 1-4k

mine has jumped a little bit (about 200-300ms), and it only really bothers me when I'm running PUGs on my low level alts.

I experienced some high latency late Wednesday evening around 11:00 p.m or so.

Last night everything seemed OK.

For me this seems to be a one-off event although now that I've posted about it, I'm likely cursing myself to having it repeated.

So it goes.

Didn't even notice the necro. That said, I DID have some pretty serious latency the other night. 780ms on the server side. Been fine since then.
