Hiya CC!
I'm curious on a few points, and welcome any input and dialog with my fellow creative minds that fill this wonderful community :)
TL:DR What is everyone's reaction to the story portrayed so far?
The TL part...
So to start out I'll try and explain my goals, intentions and paint a picture of where my head is at on her tale.
My goal with Ravenblack (Lilith ICly, yep she's my alt) from the beginning was to explore and portray her conversion over from a hapless loner gnome that just wants to be respected, valued, and/or appreciated (she just wants a hug!) to a competent if not dangerous warlock. The Fel-Darkness becomes her family, and she embraces it fully. Ultimately I'd like to mold her into a likeable villain... but we'll see where her story takes her.
While I'd like her to become something rather "badass", I'm not looking to powerplay. I would very much like to remain within the "believable boundaries" of lore as much as possible. As her story develops I feel her character is better defined for me, making it easier to RP her in-game; which is another motivation for me to tell her tale as it unfolds.
Also, I'll be honest and say that I threw down her last few posts without much editing and only a little pre-thought. They were entirely for the purpose of avoiding stagnation, unclear on just how successful they were at that (heh :P). I sort of feel like I'm starting to get lost in the weeds, so to speak.
I also wanted to explore elements of horror in her storytelling. I feel that I may have gotten a tad carried away with the recent blood and gore aspects. Perhaps I should go back and tone those down or just rework the whole thing. idk.
Lastly I'm exploring elements of blood magic. My aim is not to make her a "blood mage" per say, but to supplement some of her other limited warlock abilities with a believable-yet-stylized form of blood magic. I haven't been able to find much in the way of it, but I have latched onto the ideas presented by Kasim Sharim, the gnome "blood mage" in Blasted Lands.

I am drawing from other media materials of the same concept and trying to create a concept that works well for Lilith but remains within those "boundaries of beleivability". Needless to say I haven't quite defined that as of yet.
So that about covers it.
Thanks for reading my meandering thoughts, hah. :)
TL:DR up above^
