Horde Lounge Nights tend to be predominantly AAMS (usually Brae and Kezrin) and Wayfarers (me in some form, Lio in some form, Lineron, etc.), with bits of Mormel added in for gits and shiggles. :D
Interest in a Tauren-exclusive guild?
Bits of Mormel added in?

Ketiron here actually described Mormel as a plague of crazy to Kezrin. If it's not you, it's somebody else. :P
Me? Crazy? I have no clue what you mean. :3

Hey guys!
With the release of WoD I'm posting here to see if there's anymore interest in Weight of the Horde. I have since deleted the charter (only got two signatures) but now that the new expansion is released, I'd thought I'd see where the interest lies.
Basically, this is what I see for the guild, if it gets off the ground.
Tauren-only.
Weekly raiding. (Or bi-monthly, something like that)
Regular RP events.
A cool place to hang out.
I really would like to get into raiding, and since this is Tauren-only we'd have to collaberate with some other guilds, but I don't see that being too hard as everybody is nice on this server.
Let me know what you think! Feel free to shoot me some IC/OOC mail ingame, whisper me, or whatever you'd like!

09/10/2014 01:52 PMPosted by ReaganI am extremely surprised that no one from CC has mentioned that CC used to have a tauren-only type guild. (There were some trolls in it, but other than that mostly Tauren). Ishnu Por Ah, ran by Redearth whom I see every once and a while.
These days the mighty Ishnu is spoken of only in hushed tones by our defeated enemies, in smokey back rooms of run down inns. And occasionally by Abominus, who assuredly laments the loss of easy access to luxrious Tauren fur. One day we shall rise again.
As I was told, in the long ago times before I was accepted into the Family, we were a Tauren-only guild, but at one point there was a watershed moment that led to us accepting others. Hopefully someone else from the Fam will be able to fill in the gaps if people want to know.
Best of luck with your attempt at making a proud Tauren guild!

Ishnu Por Ah has always indeed been heavily Shu'halo, dedicated to our tribal ideals and the path given to us by Por Ah. The vast majority of our numbers have been Shu'halo. But we were never 100%. The Ishnu were brought together with the aid of a troll and a Forsaken mage and I hear, to my great surprise, a warlock. Was a shock to me, but that warlock disappeared not long before my tenure. All I can say is that Brother Feren had much broader expectations than I did.
The few non Shu'halo were given much scrutiny before they were given our name which is one of the reasons why we had so few. And it was because of their dedication to our ideals and our lands that allowed them to become part of the Ishnu family.
We are not as prominent as we once were. Our paths have led many of us to concerns more important to us than what goes on between the Horde and the Alliance. Though our numbers wane amongst the more populous realms, when you see one of us you can be sure that we still uphold our many values and give great honor to our name and Por Ah. Once an Ishnu, always an Ishnu.
Whatever you choose to do, I am in full support of any who would strengthen the Shu'halo cause. We are a strong but quiet people. And amongst all the noise of the world, our voice, Her voice, is not always heard.
Earthmother guide you.
