Just a friendly update on the Transmog Contest rules:

This is a Transmog Contest, not a dress up contest. Gear that is not transmogged is not eligible, with the following exceptions: shirts, rings and trinkets are alright. Otherwise we are looking for a fully mogged Burning Crusade Transmog.

Does the absence of a cape make a difference in rating? Because as a rule, I hate capes on female draenei.

I also need to find a staff... Hmm...

Absence of capes and helms is not a factor, and I agree, capes on draenei do weird things with the tail.
