So, as this came up I wanted to voice my two cents. I understand that icly that's the horde over there or that's the alliance over there and rawr rawr must hate. But please, understand that oocly those are players over there trying to have their fun just like you are. Your fun may include attacking them but you need to realize that it can be highly disruptive and destructive if done during an RP event.
This isn't really okay, especially when we've gone to so many lengths here on CC/SOE to make it one large Community instead of two small ones separated by game mechanics. If you feel the need to attack an RP event then PLEASE obtain permission first, and if the people organizing it say no, respect that. As someone who has gone out of their way to make things happen event wise I can tell you it takes a lot of work, and it's seriously heartbreaking to watch that fall to shambles because someone decided it would be cool to have their character harass the other side.
