Endow, currently 12/12 and 1/13, raids 25-person content and is looking for additional talented raiders.

THE SPECIFICS:
--We raid Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 6-9 server time - we expect our main raiders to make 90% of the raids, and to communicate with us when they can not. It's a mutual respect thing (more on this later).

--Raiders are expected to watch their videos, know their class and the roles their class will play in every fight.

Endow is comprised of mature, organized, and team-oriented players who engage in raiding, organized PVP and social endeavors daily, as a group (again, please visit our forums for more information on this). We organize old world raids,

We have 23ish geared, knowledgeable and capable players, and are looking to round out our ranged DPS roster and core of healers.

Our Current openings are below. Any exceptional players are encouraged to apply.
Priests: 1 Shadow, 1 Disc
Druids: 1 Boomkin
Shaman: 1 Resto, & 1 Elemental
Paladin - 1 Prot / Holy
Hunter - Exceptional only
Mage: Exceptional only
Warlock: 1 or 2 - Demo capable preferred
Warrior: Exceptional Arms only, no Tanks
DK: Exceptional only, no Tanks
Rogue: 1

Current needs have changed - a few people are willing to reorganize their specs / characters they raid on... as such we have a few more openings that we can make work.

1 Ret Pally (or Holy, we have a Holy Pally who can roll Ret)
1 Arms Warrior OR 1 Combat Rogue
1 Boomkin
1 or 2 Resto Druids (1 if we get a Boomkin, 2 if we don't)
1 Elemental Shaman
1 Shadow Priest
1 Warlock

*Must* be able to make our schedule of 6-9 server Tues, Thurs and Sunday 90%+ attendance.

So why should you choose to raid with us and join our guild? Well, the perks extend beyond downing bosses. Raid materials like flasks and food are provided (with few exceptions) by the guild. You also get a daily repair allowance complements of the guild bank.

Sure, there are a few other top notch guilds who raid on the same days as us at later times, but when you join us, you join a family. During boss pulls we don't talk on vent, but during silly trash and between pulls (When explanations aren't being given), conversation is encouraged.

We have a lively guild chat and sponsor fun and fully awesome guild events.

We might not have the highest guild level, but we'll get there!

We are now in the market for an extra tank, as well as rDPS.

We are now 10/12 and will be 12/12 on Sunday with any luck, and loads of skill.

We run WoL and analyze all of our raids.

When you run with Endow, you run with the best.
