As the name says, I kind of need help with In-game RPing. I'm new ((Like a week.)) to In-game CC RPing and I don't really know where to start with it, I'm in the AllianceOOC channel and IC channel but almost everything after that, I really don't know where to start out with the In-game RPing aspect of WoW. If anyone could help that would be very appreciated.

Come on by to the Blue Recluse in Stormwind's mage district. Stop on in, say "Hi" and introduce yourself! We're (Mostly) welcoming and polite IC. (We're all nice OOC) When you're there you can set your first impression on us.
You can take any route you please through /e emotes and talking to us. Get to know us. It's a great way to meet 'n greet.

A slapped-together guide for how to get started in RP!
1) Play around in the world, do the quests. Learn some lore. Get a feel for the setting of WoW.
2) Review some of the RP no-no's. These are things like meta-gaming, god-moding, or being a Mary Sue. I think there's other posts about what those are, so I won't go into them unless you want me to.
3) Have a rough outline of what your character is like. This can be as simple as being a cookie-cutter version of your class (Evil warlock, animal-loving hunter, etc...)
4) Put yourself out there. Say hello to everyone. Ask lots of questions (people love to talk about themselves). Jump into a few of the open RP events. Try to act like your character would, but don't be discouraged if they start turning into something totally different than what you first wanted. All of my characters have done this in one way or another. It's the nature of the RP beast.
5) Now go back to your basic concept. Add a little more here and there. Maybe your warlock absolutely hates orcs. Maybe your hunter wishes she was a druid so she can communicate to her animal companions more easily.
6) RP in ways that reflect your additions. Have your warlock speak out against any peace attempts with orcs, like what AAMS is trying to do now. Have your hunter go and bug a few druids, asking how she can become one. Maybe she then lets herself get bitten by a worgen just so she can!
7) Rinse and repeat ad infinitum!

Dustwing, that's an awesome basic outline.
Some simple concepts for DK characters that I've seen work really well are the "bitter DK", upset about being dead, the "seeking redemption DK", who's looking to make up for the atrocities of the Scourge, or the "I'm actually still evil DK" who is... well, still evil (and probably went looking to become a Death Knight anyways)
Once you've got your basic character, see who's about and RPing and join the fray -- uh, I meant, fun. Fun! :D

One more thing: if you encounter any griefers, the ignore and report features are your best friends.
