Malevolence is looking for more raiders to flesh out our roster for Firelands. We are looking for solid team players. Personal accolades, while important, aren't as important to us as your ability to listen, follow directions, have a sense of humor, have good raid attendance, and take personal accountability for how you play. We need people who are reliable and are responsible enough to keep us informed of their status to raid. We don't mandate 100% attendance, but we also don't accept showing up when you feel like it.

Our 10 Man Raid Schedule as it currently stands is:
Tuesday - 6:45PM - 10PM server time
Wednesday - 6:45PM - 10PM server time
Thursday - 6:45PM - 10PM server time
Our Rated Battlegrounds Schedule as it currently stands is:
Monday - 6:45PM - 10PM server time
We also run an Alt Run on Sunday nights at 6:45pm server time. Also, we try to minimize the number of 10 man days per week by pushing hard to accomplish as much as possible. This gives our members time to enjoy the other features of
the game besides raiding.
Having a sense of humor is important to us. Many times we'll be joking around and having fun so if you're into the 100% serious hardcore raid then this isn't the guild for you. This does not mean we don't take our raids seriously, and it doesn't mean that we don't play at a high level. We just choose to take a somewhat more laid back approach to our raiding.
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for people being drama artists. In an effort to keep our guild as positive, fun, and enjoyable as possible we have and will remove anyone who is attempting to limit, reduce, or negatively impact other members efforts to enjoy the game.
Finally, we as a guild will commit to our members that we will provide them with a good shot at being amongst the elite on the server. We expect that commitment returned from our members back through preparation, research, and commitment to putting their best efforts forward to improve the raid status and increase the number of accomplishments for all our members to enjoy and be proud of.
PVE Applicant Requirements:
We would prefer people apply that have a general knowledge of the fights, and have at least T11 level gearing. We look at the player not the toon though. So if you have a solid raiding background, but were a late starter, or just feel like you can be a solid player for us then feel free to apply. Don't let gear be the deterring factor that keeps you from applying. If you feel you're good enough to apply then feel free and we will probably run some heroics with you to help you gear and get to know you before we bring you on a trial.
PVP Applicant Requirements:
PVP is a communication heavy environment and while the lone wolf mentality may work in random battlegrounds, it won't be tolerated in our Rated BGs. We prefer someone who works for the best of the team, knows the ins and outs of most classes in the game, and is willing to work together and communicate effectively.
Application Process:
Process is simple: Apply -> Get Approved for a trial -> Carry my bags around for a couple days -> Restock the beer fridge daily -> Get your trial -> We delay for a while so we don't have to pay for the beer -> You get accepted for a trial period in the guild -> You become a full member after a couple weeks and you get to pick on the new applicants and enjoy beer at their expense.
