New to RP looking for a troll guild(or any guild) to learn the how to's of rp in a friendly environment.

Not specifically, no. At the moment, I think the only race-specific guild is Ishnu Por Ah for tauren-ish folk. Homeland and AAMS both have troll guild-leaders though, and Da Doctas has a strong troll tradition since it was started by a troll (evidence in the name).
And there's always the option of starting one yourself, too. :)

Jinalar, I would say... join Da Doctas or Homeland to learn the ropes.... and then go start a troll guild of your own in a bit when you're comfortable with RP. Even as a guild leader, your fellow guildies will help you out. :)
