Hello CC! Thought I would provide useful links concerning my skill/gear

Anyway I would like to join a raiding group/guild, personally I would prefer a serious but casual group/guild. I can raid any day due to lack of employment/school.

Raiding Experience:
5/12 Dead current content, 6/12 Attempted. No hard modes
7/12 Dead ICC, 9/12 Attempted. 1/12 Hard Mode
Only have raided once this X Pac

Gear: 354 Equip Average iLevel
Almost full epics, 2Blues

Gemmed strait Int

My enchants are the best they can be without Maelstrom Crystals, and working on Exulted with therazane for the best shoulder enchant.

Reasons for Seeking New Guild:
Regulators doesn't have room, so I want my Main in with someone else for raiding.

Spec: Balance/Feral
Not much feral gear currently, but I am hoping to complete it. . . eventually

Rotation:
I open with Wrath/Starfire > DoTs > Star surge > Starfall
then spam Wrath/Starfire until eclipse > Reapply DoTs > Wrath/Starfall, Keep dots up > use Starsurge/Starfall on CD

I provided the extra information because most guilds ask for it anyway : /

Not like that bud. The way it has been for a long time, guilds post recruitment threads on the forums, then potential candidates will apply to the guilds seeking new members.

Eh, I've looked through so many pages for guild recruitment where I might fit already : /

Still wondering how I applied for CI without realizing they were doing Hardmodes though, lol.

Posting an ad for yourself is a valid approach. I've certainly found new people that way. However, what you're presenting here isn't something most raids are looking for - the logs show you as low damage, and possibly having problems with target priority. I'd suggest working on increasing your knowledge of how to dish it out, both in straightforward fights and fights that involve some amount of switching (your damage on the Maloriak adds is almost nonexistent, and they're a high priority target during green phase). You should be able to do a lot more with the gear you have. Heroics are a fine place to hone your abilities, and there are many resources available for finding dps approaches for your class.

Also, while this may be something peculiar to myself, proper English use does help your presentation, and I would recommend putting the time in to spell check your posts.

Well that's why I am trying to find a small group that's beginning. I am still getting use to being a ranged not a tank.

And I'm sure I spelt most of it correctly, even if I didn't quite use the best grammar in the world, besides (this may just be myself) what more should you expect other than a attempt at proper spelling and a clearly stated intent?
