Looking for that casual home? Looking for the place where you can help have an effect on how the guild builds up, but will have few expectations placed on you aside from those you place on yourself? Want your pants stolen? Want a place that doesn't care if your 85th level main goes unused for a month because you're really having fun leveling that worgen Druid alt? Want a place that wants all your alts?
Then the Reclamation is probably for you!
Formed shortly before Cataclysm launched, the Reclamation is there to be the "home of the casual player". We have three nights a week scheduled to run Heroics, and typically get started around 7:30-8:00pm realm time (which is Pacific Time if you're considering moving to Cenarion Circle and are reading this post). Like practically everyone else out there, we'd love to have a couple of reliable tanks who love what they're doing, but are ultimately cool people we enjoy playing with. Who you are matters more than whether you can finish an instance without dying! But if you aren't a tank, don't let that stop you; all are welcome, from level 1 new to the game to level 85 and able to laugh at Heroic Ragnaros once he's opened up again (thanks, Asian raiding guild, for making Blizzard remember they didn't want Heroic 25-man Firelands released yet...).
We aren't a role playing guild, but we're very RP-friendly, and if we get enough people who want to RP, we have an RP concept in place that I'd love to talk with you about!
Right now we're unable to run more than Heroics due to lack of manpower. We're rebuilding. Many nights you'll log on and only one or two of us will be on. The more people we get, though, the more active guild chat will be.
If we get a stable, reliable, capable, proper assembly of roles, we'd like to hit the Tier 11 raids, and start eyeballing Firelands. Right now, we're focusing on Heroics (for da Justice Points) and Zandalari Heroics (for the phat lewtz, chucklez, and pipe-dream raid preparations). Get in on the ground floor of an old-school guild that wants to have fun with each other no matter what we're doing, and doesn't start making you feel like a number on a DPS/threat meter instead of a person playing a game!
Message a member of the Reclamation if we're online, and we'll get you directed to the guild leader (me) or an officer. If neither of those ranks is online, send me a bit of mail in game. We want you! Come join us!
The Reclamation: 'Cause, you know, why not?
