This season brought a significant change to the way rated BGs work that has drastically changed how ratings work in rated BGs. Unlike last season, team rating is what determines how many points each individual loses or gains, not personal MMR (for example last season one can have a personal MMR of 2200, an actual rating of 1400, and a team rating of 1600. If you lose to a 1600 team, you lose 0 rating... but gain quite a bit of rating if you win, since your actual rating is trying to catch up to your MMR). This is not so this season, and it seems that those of us who inherited high MMRs from last season suffer a disadvantage, especially if we bring new people.
So I am posting here to recruit experienced PvPers with at least a 1700 rating in some PvP format (any arena bracket or RBG) to do rated BGs with. I usually run them MWF beginning at 6:00 to 6:30 server, and also some times on the weekends.
Drop a line here if interested. I am not expecting exceptional PvP players (2200+), since I am only looking to play (and win) at the 1600-1700 level initially.
